Loud and super friendly. Cocky and likes to pick a fight with Jiang Xu hehe.
Super duper kind, respectful and believes in Women Supremacy!
Both he and Jiang Xu are equally very skilled surgeons.
Has an older brother. His relationship with his parents aren't really good though.
Very competitive.
Hardworking and would do anything for Jiang Xu.
The author does so much research on the topic on hand. Even though so far, there hasn't been a case of a cisgender male that has developed a uterus, the author has made it seem so realistic.
It doesn't just focus on the Comedy factor. There is comedy but it also highlights the ups and downs of being pregnant. The emotional and physical tolls it takes on your body.
The novel also highly advocates on Women's Rights. It also gives the message of how Gender itself is a spectrum. And not necessarily have a uterus = woman and no uterus = man.
The plot focuses on how Jiang Xu and Shen Fangyu establish a new kind of relationship as they go on a journey as parents-to-be. And also on the medical plot as how the pregnancy would affect Jiang Xu and the child in his body.
The medical plot and romance plot is fairly balanced. The flow is super engaging and the characters are very lovable.
